Mung Beans

Ingredients: Mung Bean
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Bring beans to boil with stock or garlic (or water).
2. Reduce heat to medium-low, cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

Pinto Beans

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil beans over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 2-3 hours, or until tender.

Dark Red Kidney

Ingredients: Soya Beans

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Bring beans to boil with water.
2. Once boiled, simmer for 3 hours.
3. Drain and hull the beans if needed, use as desired.
