Green Lentils

Ingredients: French Green Lentils
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse the lentils under running water, to clean.
2. Bring to boil for 25 minutes.

Red Split Lentils

Ingredients: Lentils
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse the lentils under running water, to clean.
2. Bring to boil for 10 minutes.

Soup Mix

Ingredients: Red Lentils, Split Peas, Aus. Lentils, Adzuki, Green Lentils, Barley, Wheat
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse the lentils under running water, to clean.
2. Bring to boil for 35 minutes, or until tender.

Yellow Split Peas

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil peas over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 40 minutes.

Great Northern Beans

Ingredients: White Beans
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Clean beans with cold water to remove any dust or dirt.
2. Soak in water overnight.
3. Drain from water.

Lima Beans

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil beans over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.

Lupini Haburg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water for 24 hours. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Bring to simmer for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse beans with cold water, now they are ready to use.

Mung Beans

Ingredients: Mung Bean
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Bring beans to boil with stock or garlic (or water).
2. Reduce heat to medium-low, cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

Pinto Beans

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil beans over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 2-3 hours, or until tender.
