Ingredients: Barley Pearled

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Rinse the barley under running water, to clean.
2. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
3. Boil in water for 20-30 minutes.

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Rinse cracked barley under running water, to clean.
2. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
3. Boil barley and reduce heat to a simmer.
4. Cook covered until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
5. Cook for 40-50 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes.

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Rinse buck wheat under running water, to clean.
2. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
3. Combine buck wheat with water, butter and salt, bring to simmer. Cover with tight fitting lid and simmer on low for 18- 20 minutes.
Ingredients: Freekeh Seeds

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Combine freekeh, water and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook, stir occasionally for approximately 15 minutes, until water has been absorbed.

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Rinse habia under running water, to clean.
2. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
3. Boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until habia is tender.

1. Rinse the wheat under running water, to clean.
2. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
3. Boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until wheat is tender.
Ingredients: Kibbled Wheat

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
2. Cook at boiling level, while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes.
