Cracked Barley

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse cracked barley under running water, to clean.
2. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
3. Boil barley and reduce heat to a simmer.
4. Cook covered until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
5. Cook for 40-50 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes.
