HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil chickpeas over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 25 minutes for firmer beans, or 40-50 minutes for softer beans.
