Broad Beans

Ingredients: Broad Beans
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 1 x 25kg
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Soak in water Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil for 1hour.
3. Once boiled, then peel the beans, by pushing them out of their skin.
4. Then bring to boil again; simmer for up to 45 minutes (checking every 10 minutes), or until tender.
