HOW TO PREPARE:
- Soak in water Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
- Boil for 1hour.
- Once boiled, then peel the beans, by pushing them out of their skin.
- Then bring to boil again; simmer for up to 45 minutes
(checking every 10 minutes), or until tender.
