HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh cold water to boil.
2. Boil over medium-high heat, then decrease heat to maintain gentle simmer.
3. Cook for 10-20 minutes until water has been absorbed.
4. Remove from heat, cover and allow quinoa to steam for 5 minutes.
