HOW TO PREPARE:
- Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
- Boil chickpeas over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 25 minutes for firmer beans, or 40-50 minutes for softer beans.
