Green Lentils

Ingredients: French Green Lentils
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse the lentils under running water, to clean.
2. Bring to boil for 25 minutes.

Red Split Lentils

Ingredients: Lentils
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse the lentils under running water, to clean.
2. Bring to boil for 10 minutes.

Soup Mix

Ingredients: Red Lentils, Split Peas, Aus. Lentils, Adzuki, Green Lentils, Barley, Wheat
Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse the lentils under running water, to clean.
2. Bring to boil for 35 minutes, or until tender.

Yellow Split Peas

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil peas over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 40 minutes.
