Adzuki Beans

Available in packages of: 12 x 1kg, 15 x 500g, 1 x 25kg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water for 1-2 Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Once boiling, reduce heat to allow beans to simmer, move lid slightly to allow steam to escape.
3. Cook for an hour or until tender.

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil for 45 minutes to an hour.

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Bring beans in pot, fill with water.
2. Boil for 2-3 minutes.

Broad Beans

Ingredients: Broad Beans

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil for 1hour.
3. Once boiled, then peel the beans, by pushing them out of their skin.
4. Then bring to boil again; simmer for up to 45 minutes (checking every 10 minutes), or until tender.

Cannellini Beans

HOW TO PREPARE:

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water overnight. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Boil beans over medium heat. Once boiled, reduce heat to low and leave to simmer for 1 hour, or until tender.

Lupini Haburg

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak in water for 24 hours. Replace with fresh, cold water to boil.
2. Bring to simmer for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse beans with cold water, now they are ready to use.

Mung Beans
